Valentine’s Day was super fun! I took myself out to brunch

Then, my friends and I planned a wine pairing dinner party.
We had four courses, started eating at 2PM and didn’t finish until 8. It was wonderfully delicious!
Course 1: Breaded corn dogs and vegan chick’n strips
Course 2: Maple Roasted Butternut Squash
Course 3: Moroccan Couscous with roasted root vegetables
Course 4: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
I have never had a more fun Valentine’s Day!
